Montbello FreshLo Groundbreaking Ceremony

 

The Community is invited to the Phase I groundbreaking of the Montbello Freshlo Hub which will clear the site for an Affordable Housing Building with an attached mental health center, as well as office, meeting and retail spaces. The building, which will offer 97 one-, two- and three-bedroom units targeted for individuals and families living at 30%-60% AMI, is expected to be complete in mid-2024.

Join community members, City leaders, funders, architects and builders as we take the first physical step in laying the foundation for the Montbello FreshLo Hub: a place envisioned by Montbello residents where neighbors will live, shop, convene, experience art, improve their health, and more!

Food and refreshments will be served. Come early, mingle, and celebrate a major milestone in the Montbello Community!

La inauguración de la Fase I despejará el sitio para un edificio de viviendas asequibles con un centro de salud mental adjunto, así como espacios para oficinas, reuniones y tiendas. Se espera que el edificio, que ofrecerá 97 unidades de una, dos y tres habitaciones destinadas a personas y familias que viven entre el 30 % y el 60 % del ingreso medio del área, esté terminado a mediados de 2024.

Acompaña a miembros comunitarios, líderes de la ciudad, financiadores, arquitectos y constructores mientras damos el primer paso físico para sentar las bases del Montbello FreshLo Hub: un lugar imaginado por los residentes de Montbello donde los vecinos vivirán, comprarán, se reunirán, experimentarán el arte y mejorarán su salud, y más!
