Nonprofit Start-Up & Grant Writing Workshop

This two-day Grant Writing Workshop is a great skill builder for the beginner or intermediate grant writer. Whatever your skill level is, you came in with an idea and you are ready to implement it. At the end of the workshop, you will have a proposal outline, resources you need to expand your outline into a full proposal, strategies for finding funding, and you should be able to polish your proposal and send it in for a strong professional review. Steps to Success and Montbello Organizing Committee will guide participants in a hands-on, interactive workshop.

Leadership Development / Mentoring

Supporting individuals and organizations in Montbello in building their capacity to serve and tackle challenges our community faces. We provide technical assistance through grant writing and budgeting, assistance on building programming, and supporting events through marketing. 

Internship Opportunities & Partnerships

MOC works with youth interns interested in supporting community programs and events. We currently work with interns from Denver Public Schools, Groundwork, Montbello En Bici and from the community.  Interns work on graphic design projects, event planning, social media development and community outreach events.
