Chris serves as MOC’s Director of Community Development, with a focus on addressing critical issues related to transportation and housing in Montbello. He oversees Montbello Moves, including the Montbello Electric Bike Library, Electric Van service and Montbello Loop. He is committed to empowering communities and driving lasting change through climate action, mobility, housing and transit programs. Chris’ leadership roles on nonprofit boards and fellowship experience with the national nonprofit Trust for Public Land have provided him with a profound understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the Montbello neighborhood and its surrounding communities. He attended University of Colorado and is currently completing a degree in Community Development at Metropolitan State University.
