As the Director of Community Partnerships, Nicole works closely with nonprofit partners and schools to address mental health, education, and food access in the Montbello community. She oversees a network of partner organizations, Montbello community members and community service providers dedicated to bringing culturally relevant mental health and wellness options to the diverse Montbello Community and people of color. She also serves as a Community Engagement Manager for the Denver School of Science and Technology.

Nicole is a first-generation graduate from the University of Denver, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and socio-legal studies and also minored in Spanish. Her passions lie in identifying barriers that disrupt equitable access to education for people of color in underserved communities.
