Biography

Nicole Millan is a first-generation graduate from the University of Denver with a BA in Psychology and Socio-Legal studies and a minor in Spanish, an accomplishment that she attributes to the work and support of her high school, Rangeview High School.  Her passions lie in identifying barriers that disrupt equitable access to education for people of color in underserved communities. As the Educational Equity & Food Access Program Manger, Nicole works closely with schools to address individual issues at the school level, as well as at the District level. She manages the Healthy Food for Denver’s Kids grant that connects over 5 schools and 7 non-profit organizations to a network of healthy food access and education.
