Michael’s entrepreneurial journey led him to co-found CFW Staffing, an organization proudly certified by the city of Denver as a Minority/Women Business Enterprise (M/WBE). This venture stands as a testament to his commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, fueled by a deep-rooted desire to make a difference in local communities. Through CFW Staffing, Michael aims to provide meaningful employment opportunities to families and foster strategic partnerships.

Throughout his career, Michael has consistently demonstrated an uncanny ability to close deals and deliver results. His vision is to continue building upon these successes, contributing to society, and turning visions into realities. Michael’s commitment to service extends beyond his professional role. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of Programming for Urban League Metro Denver and actively volunteers with numerous local organizations, passionate about giving back and contributing to a thriving community. As a father of three, with one in their first year of college, his children are his ultimate motivation, keeping him engaged and vibrant throughout the year.
